New South Wales (NSW) is actively seeking global talent through the National Innovation Visa (subclass 858) nomination program. If you are an innovator, entrepreneur, researcher, or a leader in the creative or sports field, this could be your pathway to permanent residency in Australia.

This visa offers permanent residency from day one, with priority processing by the Department of Home Affairs (Priority Group 2), making it faster and more appealing than many other visa pathways.
