During the session, we will discuss your goals and review your eligibility for relevant visa pathways.
Following the consultation, you will receive a written letter of advice outlining the visa options most suitable to your situation.
Application Process
Prepare & Lodge Applications
Once you agree to proceed, a service contract will be issued, and we will provide full support throughout the entire visa application process. You’ll receive a personalised document checklist tailored to your visa type and individual circumstances. We will guide you step-by-step through gathering the required documents, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.
You’ll have the opportunity to review all documents before lodgement. NAATI-certified translation services are also available, for an additional fee.
We assist with every stage — including guidance on health check appointments, AFP police checks, and other procedural requirements.
Once your application is lodged, we continue to monitor its progress, manage all communications with the Department of Home Affairs, and handle any follow-up requests until a final outcome is received.
