Our professional fee is based on a single primary applicant. For applications involving additional family members, an extra $500 per person will apply. This will be outlined clearly in your service agreement after the consultation. If you decide to withdraw your Expression of Interest (EOI), or if no invitation is received within two (2) years of lodgement, a sum of $800 will be returned as a partial adjustment to the professional fee initially paid. Please note this applies only to the professional service fee and does not include any government charges or third-party costs, which are non-refundable.

Booking Policy At Get Visa Migration Services, we aim to provide clear and efficient service. Please review the following booking terms before confirming your appointment: Consultation Format: You may choose to have your consultation via online video meeting or telephone call. Please let us know your preferred option at the time of booking. Pre-Consultation Requirement: If available, please provide your current visa grant letter or a copy of your passport bio page before the consultation. This helps us better understand your circumstances and prepare relevant advice. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at least 5 hours in advance. The new appointment must be booked within 2 weeks of the original date. No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations due to change of mind or personal circumstances. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund or rebooking will be provided. Post-Consultation: A Letter of Advice will be provided after the online meeting or call, summarising the discussion and outlining your advised visa options or next steps.
